Every kid has a saying, or word that's all their own. For me, I was not "Michelle" or "Chelly," for a long time I asked to be called "Shel Me Do," I am unsure why I created this name, but I did. My maternal grandparents were given the names "Mocky and Pocky," by yours truly. My nephews created the words "Paste r raiders" for toaster pastries and "hand batizer" instead of hand sanitizer. Most kids out grow their creations, and realize the error of their creations. Sometimes they don't, like my husband who insists on saying "gots" instead of "have," and "lightlen" instead of lightning (that one is courtesy of big brother Randy, lol.) But they are funny things people say, and often they make those in the know laugh. Wyatt is no exception to the kidism creations, in fact he might be an overachiever, lol. Wow I forgot about this! Here's some updates! Emmett is 2 and loves all things Wild Kratts Mickey Mouse, PJ Masks, and Spiderman! He loves the water, and his big brother is his hero! HE IS MOMMY'S BOY big time! Wyatt is almost 5! Kindergarten will be our next adventure! He loves learning, and knows more about the solar system than I know about chocolate, and we all know I knew something about chocolate! This past year he's really become daddy's buddy, but he still loves his mommy! He's trying to learn knock knock jokes, but hasn't quite mastered it yet, lol! He is a huge fan of his oldest cousin Alicia, he thinks she hung the moon! He still enjoys trains, but I don't think we'll be watching Thomas any time soon, unless Emmett starts to like it! The First Post

I'm not going to be fake, our lives are not perfect. Andy and I are far from being excellent model parents. We've yelled, we've bribed to get things done, we've given cookies for breakfast and Wyatt has been known to have undiluted apple juice in his sippy cup, and yes *gasp* we use sippy cups, but we love our boys and try to make the best lives we can for them. Wyatt is 2 1/2 years old and Emmett is 2 months. Both are happy boys mostly, and healthy, so we are blessed, which is something we both know, even on days when we want to pull out our hair (not that Andy has much to spare lol.) I want to be honest, yet tell everyone about what's going on in our little world. I am so glad that we can do this, and I know it will be better than using Facebook, because it is available to everyone who wants to read it on their own time and without the need for a fb page!
